SV: "svn move" shows error messages in reversed order

In that case, it seems even the english wording is reversed:

xp-daniel:/cygdrive/c/projects/SVN/Geo> svn move Src trunk/Src
svn: Use --force to override this restriction
svn: Move will not be attempted unless forced
svn: 'Src' has local modifications
