SVN and Apache 2.2.3 Windows

People,

is there a charitable soul out there that would be so kind to publish the
Apache 2.2.3 + SVN 1.4 win32 setup binaries, please?

I've been waiting to update to apache 2.2.x for almost a year. I even went
as far as building the whole thing manually only to give up after weeks of
work because the process turned out to be too much pain to reproduce
reliably and maintain. I've followed the apache-svn saga for a while, and
there's always some little nasty bug that messes up the picture.

I wish either the svn or the apache team felt the responsibility to bring
the two in step and allow people to upgrade finally!

I hope somebody is listening :-)
