Making Subversion (v1.3.2) with SWIG/Perl bindings

I'm compiling SVK so I can use it SVN. When I do,
I it tells me that I need to recompile Subversion
with SWIG/Perl bindings. I see the SWIG option in
the ./configure, but NOT the Perl option. How do I
do it, or is it automagically built into Subversion?
