RE: Subversion 1.4.0 released.

was the installer changed regarding entries in the Path environment
variable? After installing, I couldn't access the binaries from the
command line anymore. My previous version was 1.2.something.

Not a big deal (usually I don't like the cluttering of Path by setups),
but worth a note in the release notes.
