 There is CaptainHook
(http://haacked.com/archive/2006/07/27/IntroducingCaptainHookASubversion
HookFrameworkFor.NET.aspx) which seems like a good start, but it doesn't
seem to be too active even though it's relatively new.

Subject: Hook scripts on windows (survey)

What do people use for hook scripts on windows?
PowerShell seems like a good candidate once it's released but until then
what?
