At this point, the project has been around long enough that I'd say it's
stable and well-known. It was a bit risky back in the very early days
because of being a bit of an unknown, but we're past that hump. Look
back through the change logs and you'll see how long the project has
been in development. Plus the mailing list generates about 5000-6500
e-mails per quarter (since 2004/Q2), which indicates a sizable uptake.

Coming from VSS+SOS, there's still one or two minor things that I don't
like about SVN. But at least SVN is under active development and the
major flaws in implementation or difficulties in administration are
constantly being addressed. With VSS+SOS we were stuck with how things
were and there wasn't much that SourceGear could do to make things better.
