Error 1053 when starting svnserve as a service on WinXP

Thanks for the suggestion, but it did not help.

This reminds me that this approach did not work for me as well, with
version 1.3.2, so maybe there really is some problems with rights to run
a service?
Any idea whether such a limitation is possible and if so, how to check
it and, even better, remove it?
