DB Restore

Earlier this week the drive to our Subversion server went bad. We
were able to get a copy of the database to restore and I was able to get
Subversion and Apache set up the way it was originally. However, now that it
is back up it seems like all of the "cheap copies" of all of the files are
missing or that random folders in the database have no files. Is there any
possibility that it is a configuration issue or am I going to have to
restore each file in each branch manually as opposed to restoring the
database?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
