Thanks Ryan for responding and explain the mismatch. Before I read your
response I figured that TortoiseSVN may be the problem since TortoiseSVN
was the only one able to talk to the repository it created.
So I created another repository with Subversion and all was fine with
Subeclipse,RapidSVN and naturally Subversion.
I will take you advice for TortoiseSVN.
