You may get more bites if you list what you *have* tried already.
People may be hesitant to suggest software if they think you'll reply
with "nope, tried that already."

TortoiseSVN is among the best Windows clients and will prompt you for
a username & password if one hasn't been cached in
%APPDATA%\subversion already (or the cached version doesn't get you
logged in).
