Lock file getting created automatically inside db folder

I have created a FSFS repository on my machine.

I am using this as project repository.

I want one more machine to access the same repository.

Now, I checked out the files on this new machine using the repository url
referencing to my machine.

When I modified one file on this new machine, and tried to check in - svn
commit, there is a lock getting created in my machine in the db folder
inside repository.

Also, there is an error displayed on the other machine saying that "Cannot
open the write-lock file".

How can I overcome this error?
