Hi Blair,
Thanks for you response. I must have been on medication at the beginning
of this year when I evaluated Subversion for use in my office. I was
certain at that time I read an email claiming svnmerge.py was not
supported but I was wrong.
While searching the web and this list for evidence of my claim, I came
across a number of mails talking about 1.4 release and 1.5 to be
released in 6 months, but I could not find any downloads for 1.4. I am
also led to believe that 1.5 will have merge tracking.
Would you be able to clarify whether any of the above claims are true.
The reason I ask for clarification is because, if, 1.5 is released in
six months then I would wait for that, before upgrading and training our
staff.
BTW : I plan to download the svnmerge.py and its windows equivalent from
http://www.orcaware.com/svn/wiki/index.php/Svnmerge.py :)
Thanks
Lakshman
