If you type "yum list", it should now give you the list of all available
packages. You can confirm that it has the right versions of subversion and
mod_dav_svn and the subversion related tools by reading the output: then do
your "yum install subversion [whatever else you want]". Be sure to get
mod_dav_svn: that has the Apache related bits.
