Altering User History

I have a user who was accidentally assigned an incorrect
username/password (one that works - just not the one that they should
have been using). They have checked in numerous items into the
repository now and all these changes are under the wrong name. Luckily,
the name they have been using has been inactive (never checked anything
in).
 
So the million dollar question: How do I alter the repository records to
change all records of User A as User B?
 
I have full God rights to the repository, the server - you name it.
