Commit error after setting svn:keywords

From: Rob Wilkerson <r.d.wilkerson_at_gmail.com>

I just attempted to recursively set svn:keywords on, well, every file
in my code base. Each file got marked modified (as expected), but
when I try to commit the change it fails with this error:

Commit failed (details follow):
At least one property change failed; repository is unchanged.

Does this mean anything useful to anyone? I was going to look in the
logs for more info, but I realized that I don't know where those logs
are. Can someone point me to either the logs or anything else that
might help me get this error message diagnosed?

Thanks.
