You said you're using Subversion 1.3.2 on the server and TortoiseSVN
1.3.5 on the client, but I was under the impression that this error
should only occur if you try to access a working copy with Subversion
< 1.4 after that working copy has been accessed by Subversion >= 1.4.
But you're not mentioning a working copy either; you said you're
using the repo browser. So this is very odd.
