shouldn't an invalid revisions string be checked at the command line

Hhm, a command line like
$> svn diff -r 18892:18892
should be rejected immediately by the svn command b/c the 2 revision numbers are
equivalent. This could save expecially for low bandwith connections and/or
lame svn servers much time., isn't it ?
