svnmerge does not support utf-8 log messages

Hi all,

The commit message txt file generated by the svnmerge merge is scrambling
all non-ascii characters in the merged revisions log messages. I think that
this is a bug. It should support utf-8 encoding. Can anyone confirm this is
happening?

The version I used:
svnmerge r19653
modified: 2006-05-16 14:19:43 +0200 (mar, 16 mag 2006)
