subwcrev available on non-WinAPI platforms

Hi,

I've hacked the subwcrev source (from the tortoisesvn project) so that it
can be compiled with any system that has the subversion libraries and
boost/regex and boost/filesystem available.

It's as ugly as sin... the original authors had taken some care to make the
code suitable for an international environment, (that went by the wayside
quickly), and I've taken a small number of expedient short-cuts, but if
you're interested, you can have the changes that I made. Just mail me.

Cheers,

Peter.
