Does your vendor provide an RPM? I'd go with RPM from your vendor for a
corporate server simply because RPM will track the installation and the
vendor will know what integration needs to be done to "fit" Subversion to
your distro.

Note that this isn't an either/or question. You can build an RPM from
source, and then install the RPM.
