        Actually, it looks like it's already implemented. Running 'svn
info' against a repository directory seems to set 'Last Changed Rev' to
the max revision number of the whole sub tree. So there's no need for
you to recursively walk the repository to find the one true revision
number, which solves the knowing when to kick off another build problem.

        Unless of course, 'svn info' only appears to behave that way. I
don't see anything in the subversion book confirming that that behavior
is official.
