My apologies Niklas, I've been swamped lately and haven't had much opportunity to deeply investigate your corrupted revision. On the surface though, it does NOT appear to be the same as the others we've seen.

At this point, without a reproduction recipe, there isn't much that can be done. Opening a ticket, would mean that it would just get constantly passed over. For now, the best thing to do is to keep a sharp eye and see if we can either determine something from the corrupted file, or take note of what was happening in the environment if it occurs again. I wish I had better news than that. :-(
