Apache still not starting, but...

Hi guys,
 
I could walk a little further into my Subversion+Apache server. The
problem output that I'm getting now is when I try to start Apache with
Subversion lines at httpd.conf: "Cannot load
/usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server: libsvn_repos-1.so.0:
failed to map segment from shared object: Permission denied". I've
double checked permissions and even tried to chmod 777 them, but no
results. What am I doing wrong or forgetting here?
