Accesss is denied

Hello,

I am getting the errors:

Can't move "Directory\.svn\tmp\entries" to "Directory\.svn\entries":
Access is denied

This happens on SVN 1.3.1 TortoiseSVN 1.3.5 and the client os is Windows
XP sp2.

I get these errors only on a few machines but can easily replicate with
large checkouts. I have done by best to research this problem before I
emailed this distribution list but I did not seem to find any solutions.
I have seen a few postings referring to Microsoft services running on
the client machine that are causing these problems but no specific
fixes. I have attempted to disable to virus checker but that did not
fix the problem.
