relocate feature working?

is relocate feature working?
I'm using late svn on windows to relocate ethereal trunk to wireshark
trunk. After relocating, it acted like it's successfully relocated.
however, when I did svn info, it showed the old url instead of the new
relocating url.
Any idea?
