Thanks! That's precisely the problem. Hex workshop doesn't change the last
modified time... hence the issue. I can "touch" the files later, but would
really rather find a way to enable something in hex workshop or subversion
that allows this to happen. I'm really hoping there's someone out there
who's encountered and tackled this issue. I mean, the "touching" option is
perfectly fine, except... it's not a very neat way of doing business, what
if you forget to touch the file? etc etc. Cuz, then you have a changed
binary file that isn't showing up as modified!
