It would be better not to reply to some random message on the list
when your message is not related to that one. Instead, create a new
message with a new subject.
I just tried the users-subscribe@subversion.tigris.org address. It
works fine. Ensure that your spam filter is permissive enough to
allow you to see the reply that will arrive within minutes from users-
help@subversion.tigris.org.
