To reduce or even eliminate confusion (both those directories will be
in most peoples' PATHs), it would probably be a good idea to remove
the FC2-supplied version. Unless you have a need to keep 2 versions
around.

Best way to remove is via FC2-provided methods if it was installed
from the FC2 distribution originally. FC2 has yum, correct? You'll
want to remove the subversion packages as well as the various libsvn_*
packages (if they come from a separate RPM; yum is taking forever to
update its own file lists so I don't have that at my fingertips) and
mod_dav_svn.
