I forgot to mention that we setup svn:ignore for the project files in
the root so they don't ever show up in svn commands and aren't
accidently checked in.

We also do this with VB 6. The funny thing there is the VB 6 IDE
always touches the project file, updating the timestamp, but doesn't
necessarily make any changes. So the file always looks "modified".
Very annoying.
