Quick way to find it would be %APPDATA%\Subversion\auth\
There are 3 subdirectories, which one the data file you have to delete is in depends on which transport authentication you're using (simple/svn/http).

You can check in 2 places and delete or edit the files but read the manual
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Subversion\auth\

C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data
