Darko, I appreciate your passion for Apache on Linux, but this is really
neither the time or place for implicitly panning Windows. The Subversion
project puts no small amount of time into making it work on Apache, yes,
on Windows, too, because that is a valid configuration.

We have no problems with 24x7 operation of Apache on Windows, and that
is not the OP's problem. It sounds like a hardware issue to me.
