User Access Rights question..

Hi...

Can't seem to find the answer via google...

Regarding User Access and SVN. Can SVN restrict/manage user access
(read/write) for a given folder within a Trunk/Tag of a repository. In other
words, can I set up SVN to only allow certain users to access a folder
within the Trunk, or the Tag tree?
