BDB repositories definitely aren't; I'm not 100% sure of FSFS, but I
*think* they can be moved, within reason. Best bet: don't get rid of
your old one before the new one totally checks out (could take a while
of actual usage to test everything), or just do the full dump-load cycle
(which is the safest way to do this).
