SVNService will not run(MS Server 2000 )

Hi, I use Subversion with SVNServe, on a MS Server 2000 system.
When I start SVNServe as service, with svnService, the service occurs an
error.
local computer can't start svnservice ....
but it can be run at MS windows 2000 system.
what can I do?
