TortoiseSVN and SVN via APACHE on a Windows server

Hi,

I am having a problem with TortoiseSVN.
Server is a windows server, using a pre-compiled SVN and SVNserve.
TortoiseSVN -> svnserve works fine.
TortoiseSVN -> apache web_dav_svn fails.

command line SVN
SVN -> svnserve works fine
SVN -> apache web_dav_svn works fine.

TortoiseSVN fails saying that some property is not accessible.

Does anyone know why Tortoise would fail, but command line svn would work?

James
