Moving externals

From: Ron <lists_at_rzweb.com>

How to you move an external? I think I've screwed up my repository
trying to do this.

/Foo/Bar

/Bar is an external to svn://xxx.net/Zap/Bar

svn://bar.net/Bar moved to svn://xxx.net/trunk/Zap/Bar

How do I move the external in the /Foo project?

I tried resetting the propset, but that caused errors when I updated,
I've tried deleting the Bar directory in /Foo, but now I can't get it
back under version control so i can propset it.

Error: URL 'svn://xxx.net/Zap/Bar' doesn't exist

Externals have always been a little black magic to me, so it's no
surprise that I got it all screwed up.

I'd just like to remove /Foo/Bar from my project and then redo the
externals. But I can no long update to get the directory back.

Help!

(I am on windows, using command line and TSVN)

Thanks, Ron
