RE: Documentation for Version 1.3.x

I notice that the online Subversion book is still in development for
version 1.2. Is there anything in version 1.3.x that might cause issues
when using this as my documentation for setting up a server? I noticed
in the release notes for 1.3 that svnserve now supports permissions on
repository directories, and also some new command line switches. Is
there any new documentation for this? On a related note, is there a
mailing list or forum of some sort for the documentation itself? Thanks
for any help you can give.
