Server is on Linux. Checkout is using command line svn on OSX with
the 1.3.0 package from
http://metissian.com/projects/macosx/subversion/

Local Copy == Working Copy, correct? I'm not sure that's the case in
this situation because I'm checking it out for the first time on this
machine. There's no local .svn to muck anything up.

Unless, somehow, the person who checked this in did something
funky...but I wouldn't even know where to begin to look. So,
definitely an investigation point here.

I'm also attempting installation of 1.3.1 server and client to see if
that makes any difference.
