Thanks Darko and Mark
Subway http://nidaros.homedns.org/subway/ and Subversion SCC
Provider http://www.sourcecross.org/projects/index.php
seams both to be dead (=vapour-ware).
I could not get http://chmsubscc.tigris.org/
to work properly with LabVIEW. It did not check in/out although it
gave no error message
Currently testing Mark Phippards suggestion:
http://www.pushok.com/soft_svn.php
which seems to work ok, except I could not get compare to work,
but I think it's the fault of LabVIEW: LV does not expose a
compare.exe program. Their native compare tool is
apparently built in and not properly exposed in SCC interface,
so the source control compare has'nt got a chance.

You need Subversion SCC provider. Currently there are three AFAIK
unfinished projects for that.
Subway

SCC lightweight provider
http://chmsubscc.tigris.org/
Subversion SCC provider
