Revision keyword not being updated

Hi

I've set the revision keyword to be updated along with date and id:

[ram@zebedee website]$ svn proplist website.py
Properties on 'website.py':
  svn:executable
  svn:keywords
[ram@zebedee website]$ svn propget svn:keywords website.py
date id revision

however the revision tag isn't getting update upon a commit, whereas
the date and id tags are.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong here?

This is on a 1.1.4 server with a 1.3.1 client.
