I got hit by porn spammers and had to change the site. It was manageable
until they automated their end and I couldn't keep up with the
corrections needed. I was using subwiki which is a Wiki based on
Subversion. Also, not many people added stuff, although many people did
correct errors (especially grammatical ones).

I am now using Drupal. Anyone who wants to contribute can - create an
account and e-mail me asking for the required permissions. I do reserve
the right to do a little editing to tidy things up etc., but I would be
delighted if others were to add stuff to the site.

Anyone can post comments on the existing content, but they are moderated
for the first post. If someone adds a valid comment they are trusted
from then on.

That's why there isn't a forum on subversionary.org!
