That's not a terribly helpful opinion.

I noticed this thread, and chatted with some other committers on
#svn-dev. The loose consensus of the people who happened to be there at
the time of the discussion was that wikis ultimately *require* there to
be some people who are dedicated to acting as editors, and guiding the
development of the structure of the wiki, as that without this, they
dissolve into a mess of chaotically linked pages.

Fear of this fate is what makes a wiki seem unattractive to many.

There is no technological reason why a Subversion wiki could not be
created: red-bean.com, the server which hosts the SvnBook, already has a
working MoinMoin installation in place, being used for other things.

However, without a core group of people providing a guiding hand to the
overall structure, I feel any wiki attempt would fail.
