Graphical diff with meld via svn diff

Hi.

Is it possible (and if so: How?) to configure the svn client so, that a
svn diff uses a graphical diffing tool (i.e. meld), which shows the
whole file and not only the parts surrounding the different parts?

If would be great if this would also work with -r switches and so...
