Configure Eclipse to scan automatically for file updates.

Eclipse 3.1.1 has it here:

I use keyword substitutions and after a commit eclipse asks me whether I
want to reload the file.

With CVS I was never asked. How can I configure eclipse (or subclipse)
to reload the file automatically?

I use eclipse-3.1.2 windows-xp with and subclispe 0.9.108.
