I try to buld svn from source on a MS-windows machine but not all tools as described in
...\subversion\packages\windows-innosetup\readme.txt are available.
From readme.txt
| UninsHs
| -------
| UninsHs-1.6 adds "Modify/Repair/Uninstall" capabilities for the installer.

I found an alternative in http://www.han-soft.com/free.php
From readme.txt
| MS HTML Help Workshop
| ---------------------
| Point your browser to:
| Read in the section named "Programs used for the Subversion Windows
| installer" below about the packages for notes and info on installing
| and using the downloaded packages.
This link is also dead. Does anyone know what was in it or where I can find
a copy of it?
Oh yeah, most of the version numbers have gone up a notch or two.
