Beyond compare has many nice features.

In particular, the latest version has explorer right context menu access
(which means tortoise access), so you can diff, filter for orphans only,
right click and say select svn/add or delete depending on what the
context was. Pretty handy... worth every penny.

I'm using WinMerge and created a filter within it to ignore the .svn
folders.
