No. It's a real problem for anyone trying to place document bundles
under source control. If the software doesn't work right for you, you
should complain. Sometimes things get fixed if you complain...

<rant>
What baffles me is how the developers of said Mac applications don't
discover the problem when they use their own software. For example,
you would think the engineers working on Pages would have discovered
they cannot check their own documents into CVS or SVN. I know Apple
uses CVS and SVN for source control, and I would hope the developers
use their own software for internal documentation. How could the
engineers produce software that doesn't even work for themselves?
