As far as I know there are no GUIs for Linux that are anywhere near as
complete, solid, and polished as TortoiseSVN -- each has disappointed
me.

Aside from that, the only thing I know that even tries to do that
TortoiseSVN does -- namely, act as a plug-in for the native graphical
browser -- is KDEsvn (http://www.alwins-world.de/programs/kdesvn/). I
can't recommend it, though.
