Possible to give each file in a commit its own message?

Is it possible to assign a comment to individual files as well as an
over-all comment for a checkin? I would like to be able to commit
changes to multiple files as a group, but still be able to comment
specific files were necessary.

Something similar in function to what BitKeeper provides were each
file within a changeset can have its own comment, as well as a
changeset summary.
