Can svn diff just list files that have changed?

I've been looking all morning for this. Is there a way using svn diff (or
any other command) to see only a list files and directories that have
changed from revision X to revision Y? I've got some users that only want a
list of files and directories and not the change contents of the files.
While they appreciate internal file differences, it seems to be over kill
for them.

Thanks,
